We tracked user retention, task completion, and daily activity over a 5-week period using Google Analytics & user interviews. The objective was to iterate quickly and refine features based on measurable behavior.

/ Action

We used A/B testing with 20 students to compare different prompt styles and reminder cadences, while tracking key metrics like DAU and task completion rates.

Weekly feedback sessions helped us identify what resonated and what needed adjustment.

/ Result

Early testing showed that users found these features preferred in mobile first & directly addressed their biggest challenges.

We saw a 25% increase in daily engagement and consistent feedback confirming reduced decision fatigue with our final round of user testing.
