/ Situation
Red Bull was undergoing a major redesign of its TV website across 3 regional and sub-brand tenant platforms.
Each platform had grown independently, creating scaling challenges, inconsistencies & fragmented navigation. A unified design foundation was needed to support all platforms simultaneously, without losing Red Bull's bold, high-energy identity.

/ Task
As lead product designer, I was brought in from the start, kicking off with a 1-week team workshop, tasked with redesigning the end-to-end UX/UI for Red Bull TV across 3 regional & sub-brand tenant platforms.
The goal was equally focused on scalability & experience: building a unified design system to eliminate inconsistencies while delivering an intuitive, on-brand experience across all properties in 7 months.
As lead product designer, I was brought in from the start, kicking off with a 1-week team workshop, tasked with redesigning the end-to-end UX/UI for Red Bull TV across 3 regional & sub-brand tenant platforms.
The goal was equally focused on scalability & experience: building a unified design system to eliminate inconsistencies while delivering an intuitive, on-brand experience across all properties in 7 months.

/ Action
I began with competitor audits across 4 key functionalities (EPG page, navigation, video player & ad strategy) for both web + mobile & presented as dedicated decks for each.
Collaborated with engineers, PMs & stakeholders, building on a design system that lacked web components. Identifying the gaps & fully building out the web component library. Delivered 4 prompt code animation prototypes w/ specs for engineering handoff.

The first website launched on time with strong stakeholder alignment maintained throughout. Stakeholders were pleased with the outcome from kickoff through to launch.
Notably, a full navigation redesign was executed just 1 week before launch, delivered without compromising the timeline or quality.
